The gas waist wheel flow meter consists of a sensor and a conversion display. The sensor uses a multi-blade rotor to sense the average flow rate of the fluid, thereby deriving the flow rate or total volume. Turbine flowmeter is a speed meter. It has the advantages of high accuracy, good repeatability, simple structure, few moving parts, high pressure resistance, wide measurement range, small size, light weight, small pressure loss, and easy maintenance. It is used for Measurement of volume flow and total quantity of low viscosity gases in closed pipes. The blades of each meter have been rigorously tested by dynamic balance, and can be allowed to leave the factory only after passing multi-point calibration on a sonic nozzle calibration table. It first converts the flow rate into the rotation speed of the turbine, and then converts the rotation speed into an electrical signal proportional to the flow rate. Its output signal is frequency and is easy to digitize. The product mainly comes in two forms: basic type and temperature-pressure compensation type. The basic type measures a single flow signal, while the temperature-pressure compensation type can uniformly measure temperature, pressure, and standard flow. Each form has an integral or split structure to suit different installation environments. It has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, scientific research, textile, boiler and other fields.
